About Us

Talk Lutherie to Me is cohosted by Personal Luthier and Richardson Effects founder, Nathan Richardson, and artist/musician, and Nathan's wife, co-music-lover, and sidekick, Robin.

Nathan, who brings 20 years of experience to the practice of lutherie, said about the starting the podcast,“We’re looking forward to sharing a common language look into the world of guitar-making and answering our listeners questions about guitars and the field of lutherie.”

Tune in and you might hear a meow, the call of one of our two (feline) assistants. Taking turns as the "little shop manager", Lilly, our black cat, or Nina, our Snowshoe, are always nearby and interested in lutherie.
